We have now developed a dynamic booking engine, where the system creates a project based on what the customer search for. This functionality is used by for ex tour operators specializing in golf bookings where customers often want to stay longer or shorter than the normal 7 or 14 nts.
New function for tourguides
We have now developed a report for the guide module which allow the tour leader to allocate rooms and seats on the bus, for the passengers on his/her tour. This report is also accessible in admin.
New functions in the SMS module
For automatic SMS messages (pre-departure, payment reminder etc) you can now choose to send these to certain products, product types or transport types. So you can have different texts per product, product type or transport type.
We also added a new type of automatic SMS that can be sent X days after arrival at the destination.
Possiblity to retrive old receipts
it's now possible to retrieve a receipt for any existing payment, regardless of payment method. You just click on the payment ID in payment transactions and you will see a receipt similar to the one you see in the last step of Single payment.
Possibility to display price per add-on
The possibility to display each add-on by product name and price instead of just one post showing "additions" and a lump sum for all.

It is now possible to allocate rooms from the booking view page, this if you have upgraded to the new developed view for booking administration.
We have also simplified the view for add-ons by removing pictures and describing text to make it easier to see what each passenger has chosen for add-ons.
The tour guide can send SMS from the digital passenger list
It is now possible for the tour guide to send SMS messages to the passengers from the digital passenger list. If you have our SMS module, this function will be available from the next update. If you don't have our SMS module, please don't hesitate to contact our support for more information.

New display to see where an addition is connected
New display (similar to hotels where room type is used) is implemented on the additions edit page. You can see which recources it is presently connected to (projects, hotels and products) and direct links to those resources.
For every transport you can state the final pickup time, the pickup place, comments, and disposition. No other information changes on the timetable. The deviant times, information and comments will be saved together with that specific transport and will only be displayed on the passenger list for this transport for every departure point and on the digital passenger list. Disposition can be specified for every pickup destination to divide up busses, taxi transfers etc. Passenger list per departure point and digital passenger list will be grouped per disposition. The connection planning tool will also show which pick up points that is connected to each disposition and number of booked passengers. When the time and/or information has been changed by using the connection planning tool the original time will be crossed-out on the booking confirmation and the new time will be displayed after the crossed-out time.
New summary function for agent invoices
New summary invoice handling for agent invoice bookings has been added. This enables an easy way to create one document for payment referens for the agent for all bookings during a month a similar. Summary invoice for multiple agents can be created at the same time.
New alert rules for projects
New alert rules for projects has been added. Unlimited number of rules can be set to alert in a date band before departure based on booked above or below the set value. This can be used to alert projects where more than the set value has been sold to increase price for instance. Or where less than the set value has been sold to take actions to increase bookings or cancel the tour. When the alert rule is reached for a project, it will be displayed on admin start page.
Possible to select on preliminary status on send message
New functions have been added for customer admin / send message. You can select by preliminary statyus to send to bookings which are preliminary, confirmed or all. You can select to send to only preliminary for example to follow up these bookings.
Automatic display of additional sales and room upgrades on the website
New possibility to automatically display a tab on the destination page for additional sales and room upgrades. Provides an efficient way to automatically display options/additions at an early stage on the website.
Improved safety for admin log-in including two-way authenticication
Updated security for admin log in. Together with this improved safety, the log-in duration can be set more freely. Remote log-out of user can be made, in case a mobile or a computer is lost for example. A user can be logged in on one desktop and one mobile device at the same time.
Possibility for two-way-authenticication has been added. Upon log-in from new device, a one-time password is sent to the user's e-mail. This process is repeated upon log-in from every new device and at a set frequency.
Upload several images at once
It is now possible to upload several images to the image library at once.

Clearhaus / Quickpay new payment gateway
A new payment solution is now integrated in Travelize booking and My-Booking with Clearhaus as acquirer through Quickpay. Clearhaus has broad experience and competetive prices for the travel industry. Danish Association of Travel Agents has for example selected Clearhaus for their members. Travel together with automatically set on the other booking
Setting travel together with on one booking will automatically set the other booking referring to the first booking. No need to enter this on the second booking any more.
Map points with different icons and colors
A new function for adding different types on map points for the destination page has been added. This tagging controls which color and icon the map point has when shown on the page. New functions in merge customers
The customer administration tool Merge Customers can now be filtered on activity date, the date band when the client has made bookings, ordered brochures or been added to the custmer database. The purpose is to make it easy to use the function to avoid those which have not been active recently.
The merge function now also suggest the customer connected to the most recent booking which should contain the most relevant information.
A new export function has also been added using the same activity date band filtering and including active clients with postal address.

New tool for comparing statistical reports
New tools for comparing statistics has been added. The most commonly used reports such as bookings per departure and booking date, including grouping per product and project type, are currently available. Additional reports will be added. The report displays the value for the searched date band and the comparing number of bookings and turnover in the comparing period such as last year.
Alert for web client changes
New function to display alert of new web client changes to bookings. Default value is changes made during the last 7 days.
In the report, details about the booking and the change are displayed. You can also confirm the changes to remove the alert from admin startpage.
The report can also be filtered on any date band, on project, changed text etc. The report is found at the bottom of customer admin.

Different child prices for additions without adding separate additions
Instead of separata additions for different prices to children, this can now be set directly on the price row in the new addition handling. Up to two child prices for different age groups can be handled. This can only be used together with the new addition booking where the addition is displayed one time and selection of all or individual travellers is made below.
Improved and simplified administration of additions
Entirely new administration of additions. The overview shows additions with active prices with date band ending after the current date to reduce the number of lines shown. Adding and editing additions in the new admin layout. The price handling is fully integrated and you can quickly add several price rows which are all preset as active. If overlapping date bands are added, these will be automatically split into separate price rows. For multi-language systems, the translations are integrated in the same view for easy adding of all translations.
Possibility to allow supplier to edit hotel attributes directly into the system through secure link
New feature has been added where the supplier can update hotel attributes through secure link sent by e-mail.

Possibility to create preliminary free invoice from a website form has been added. This can be used for destinations and tours without set departure dates for instance.

API booking through FerryGateway to Viking Line, Stena Line, Tallink
New module for API booking to ferry lines connected to FerryGateway. Booking of cabin, meal and extras such as spa entrance, is automised. Allocation and prices are received from the ferry line booking system and passenger information and similar is booked directly into the booking system of the ferry line. Viking Line, Stena Line and Tallink are among the connected ferry companies.
Upgraded display and booking of addtional services
New updated display and booking of additional sales in the booking engine can now be implemented. The additions are grouped together and can be selected for all travellers in one click or for individual travellers. The customer reply page can now be fully integrated into the website design and style. This provides an attractive and good looking page for the client where they can continue to browse for the next tour after submitting the replies.
The admin part has received an updated layout, more and simplified filter possibilities and preview option for the survey integrated into the website.
The report for survey replies has a new modern design which is suitable to print PDF or similar to provide to tour leaders and other.
Messages to customers with link to the survey can be scheduled and automatically sent out for example 3 days after return from the tour. The message can automatically be resent after a desired number of days if the customer has not replied.

New function has been added to upload document to project calculation row. For example to store confirmations from suppliers.
